The Internet has become an integral part of children’s lives, enabling them to undertake research for school projects, talk to their friends and access information from around the world. Increasing provision of the Internet in and out of schools brings with it the need to ensure that all our families are safe.

Our children engage in Online Safety lessons termly, as part of our PSHE curriculum, we take part in the annual Safer Internet Day and our E-Safety Ambassadors regularly lead assemblies for the different phases of school.
In the 2025/2026 academic year, in partnership with 'Smoothwall', we will providing workshops for all phases of school that will highlight the importance of on-line safety. These will take place during Internet Safety Week on Monday 9th February 2026
Child Exploitation and Online Protection
Are you worried about online sexual abuse or the way someone has been communicating with you online?

Click here to make a report to one of CEOPs Child Protection Advisors.
Should I make a report to CEOP?
CEOP is there to keep children safe from sexual abuse and grooming online. CEOP are unable to respond to reports of bullying, fake accounts or account hacking.
CEOP can offer advice and you can make a report if something has happened online which makes you feel scared, worried or unsafe. This might be from someone you know in real life or someone you have only ever met online. CEOP takes all reports seriously and they will do everything they can to keep you safe.
As well as making a report to them, the CEOP thinkuknow website has information and advice if something has happened to you online.
If you are in immediate danger, please call the police straight away on 999 - you should also tell an adult you trust who will be able to help you.
