At Eccleston Lane Ends we 'Work with Each Other and For Each Other'. This means treating others and the environment with respect, always being ready to learn and ensuring that everyone is kept safe.

*Attend school on time.

*Wear the correct school uniform and bring the equipment needed for each day.

*Behaving with care, courtesy, consideration and respect for others at all times.

*Respecting personal and school property.

*Being proud of the achievements of themselves and others.

*Following instructions from staff, first time to avoid escalation.

*Not causing harm (physically or emotionally) through their actions.

Developing Positive Relationships

Strong relationships between all children, regardless of their year group, are at the heart of our behaviour policy. Our "Gardeners and Seedlings" programme fosters mentoring and support, ensuring that our older pupils can guide and inspire our younger ones. This sense of community and mutual understanding helps to create a caring and collaborative atmosphere throughout the school.

Pastoral Support and Nurturing Approach

We understand that children's behaviour can be influenced by a variety of factors, both inside and outside of the school environment. Our dedicated pastoral leader - Mrs Garford, is available to provide support and guidance to pupils who may be experiencing challenges, ensuring that their emotional and social needs are met.

We teach our pupils the importance of treating their peers, teachers, and the wider community with kindness and consideration.
