Developing Positive Relationships
Strong relationships between all children, regardless of their year group, are at the heart of our behaviour policy. Our "Gardeners and Seedlings" programme fosters mentoring and support, ensuring that our older pupils can guide and inspire our younger ones. This sense of community and mutual understanding helps to create a caring and collaborative atmosphere throughout the school.
Pastoral Support and Nurturing Approach
We understand that children's behaviour can be influenced by a variety of factors, both inside and outside of the school environment. Our dedicated pastoral leader - Mrs Garford, is available to provide support and guidance to pupils who may be experiencing challenges, ensuring that their emotional and social needs are met.
Manners and Respect
Good manners and respect for others are highly valued at Eccleston Lane Ends Primary School. We teach our pupils the importance of treating their peers, teachers, and the wider community with kindness and consideration. This not only fosters a positive school culture but also prepares our children to become responsible and thoughtful citizens.
At Eccleston Lane Ends Primary School, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where our pupils can thrive. By upholding our core values and fostering positive relationships, we aim to empower our children to become confident, caring, and determined individuals who are ready to make a positive impact on the world.
